A Winter Weather Advisory for the Western Magic Valley and Southern Twin Falls County for tonight (1/21/18) starting at 5 through Monday morning.

Another winter storm will spread snow into southeast Oregon this afternoon and southwest Idaho tonight. Most of the accumulating snow will occur at elevations above 3000 feet, with a rain/snow mix expected below 3000 feet. The snow will taper off by Monday afternoon.

The Winter Weather Advisory goes into effect tonight at 5pm and lasts until Monday at 11am. The advisory calls for snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches, and slippery road conditions. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 6 inches possibly with up to 9 inches are expected in higher elevations. Be prepared for reduced visibility at times.
